We held this conference at Convene Sancroft in London, next to St. Paul’s cathedral. The AV crew did a splendid job – more than I can say for the folks running logistics at the venue. Signage install went poorly, and the place was nowhere near ready when we walked in in the morning. I almost got into a fight with a construction worker on the floor above, because the event manager with the venue didn’t communicate to them that work had to stop during our conference.
