We ran five cities for Workday in 2017 for their Elevate tour. The road show included a keynote room, a couple of breakouts, and a small expo.
Due to the wide variety of venues, we suggested Formset scenery for the tour. This would give them a consistent look across the tour dates while allowing us to customize the size and shape of the scenic to match the ballrooms they were held in.
