An international date on the Salesforce Essentials tour, we flew down to Mexico City for a couple of days to set/run/strike this event. Fabulous set except for the handrails on the step, which were required.
We worked with in-house PSAV and their crew was great at the set/strike but a bit lacking in the show running department. I’m not sure, but maybe someone called in sick.
As an example of how hands-on I am willing to be, I had to download the manual to their Pulse switcher and reset it to get all of the sources to display properly. What I won’t do to make a show work.
